PRIZE CULTURE – PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
BALI VALENTINE'S GETAWAY FOR TWO
1. Promoter
The promoter is Mesut Kilinc, trading as Prize Culture ("Prize Culture", "we", "us" or "our").
Participation in this promotion is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Promotion
The promotion is the:
Prize Culture – Bali Valentine's Getaway for Two
The promotion opens on 28 September 2026.
Entries close at 11:59 PM AEDT on 24 October 2026.
The winner will be drawn on 25 October 2026 between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM AEDT in Melbourne, Victoria.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over residing in:
- Victoria (VIC)
- New South Wales (NSW)
- Queensland (QLD)
- Western Australia (WA)
- South Australia (SA)
- Australian Capital Territory (ACT)
Residents of Tasmania (TAS) and the Northern Territory (NT) are excluded from this promotion.
Entrants must provide accurate information.
Prize Culture may request reasonable evidence of identity, age and residence before confirming a winner.
The Promoter, persons directly involved in conducting or determining the draw, and persons otherwise prohibited from participating under applicable law are not eligible to enter.
4. 500 Individual Entrant Cap
This promotion is strictly limited to a maximum of 500 individual entrants.
An eligible person who first enters the promotion through an eligible merchandise purchase, eligible Prize Culture membership entry or eligible no-purchase entry will occupy one entrant position.
An existing entrant may subsequently receive additional valid promotional entries without occupying another entrant position.
The 500-person cap therefore applies to the number of individual entrants, not the total number of promotional entries.
If 500 individual entrants are reached before the advertised closing date, the promotion will close to new entrants.
Existing entrants may continue to receive additional promotional entries only while the promotion remains open and where permitted under these Terms & Conditions.
Prize Culture will not knowingly accept a new entrant after the 500-individual entrant limit has been reached.
If a transaction from a new entrant is inadvertently accepted after the cap has been reached, Prize Culture will take reasonable steps to cancel/refund the affected transaction and no promotional entries will be issued for that transaction, subject to applicable law.
5. How to Enter
Prize Culture sells merchandise through its online store.
Eligible merchandise purchases include complimentary promotional entries into this promotion.
Customers purchase the advertised merchandise. Promotional entries are provided as a promotional benefit and are not sold separately.
The promotional entry allocation applicable to each product is displayed at the time of purchase.
A purchase does not guarantee that a customer will win.

The merchandise and promotional entry allocation applicable to an order will be the offer displayed when the eligible purchase is made.
Multiple eligible purchases may result in additional promotional entries.
Promotional entries cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or separately purchased.
Only successfully completed and paid eligible transactions qualify.
7. Prize Culture Memberships
Eligible Prize Culture membership entries participate in this promotion.
$19 Monthly Membership
Members receive 10 promotional entries for each successfully completed monthly membership payment.
$49 Monthly Membership
Members receive 40 promotional entries for each successfully completed monthly membership payment.
Valid membership entries previously earned and carried forward in accordance with the applicable membership terms are eligible for this promotion.
Membership entries accumulate in accordance with the membership offer and carry forward into future eligible Prize Culture giveaways.
Entries already validly earned do not expire solely because the membership is subsequently cancelled.
Memberships automatically renew each month until cancelled.
Cancelling a membership stops future recurring charges and no additional membership entries will be allocated after cancellation unless another qualifying transaction occurs.
Only successfully completed membership payments qualify for additional entries. Failed, declined, refunded, reversed or successfully charged-back payments do not qualify.
Prize Culture monthly memberships include Prize Culture merchandise after every three consecutive successfully paid monthly membership periods in accordance with the applicable membership offer.
Active members may also receive access to the private Prize Culture Members Community.
8. No-Purchase Entry
No purchase is necessary to obtain the no-purchase entry available for this promotion.
An eligible person may receive one complimentary promotional entry per promotion without making a purchase.
To request a complimentary entry, the eligible person must contact Prize Culture at:

during the Promotion Period and provide their:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
A maximum of one no-purchase entry per eligible person is permitted for this promotion.
A valid no-purchase entrant counts as one individual entrant toward the 500-person cap.
The entrant must satisfy all eligibility requirements.
Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, incomplete or otherwise invalid requests may be rejected.
9. Cancelled, Refunded or Reversed Transactions
Where an eligible merchandise purchase or membership transaction is cancelled, refunded, reversed or subject to a successful chargeback, promotional entries associated with that transaction may be cancelled or removed to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Prize Culture may verify entries before the draw.
10. Major Prize
There is one major prize.
The verified winner may choose ONE of the following prize options.
OPTION A – BALI VALENTINE'S GETAWAY FOR TWO
A Bali Valentine's Getaway for the winner and one travelling companion with a maximum total retail value of AUD $3,000.
The package includes:
- Return economy flights for two people to Bali, Indonesia;
- Departure from an appropriate Australian capital-city airport nominated by Prize Culture having regard to the winner's place of residence;
- Up to 30 kg checked baggage per traveller;
- Seven nights' accommodation at Hard Rock Hotel Bali;
- Accommodation from 9 February 2027 to 16 February 2027;
- One standard/basic room suitable for two adults; and
- Breakfast for two, where included with the accommodation booking arranged by Prize Culture.
Prize Culture will arrange and pay the applicable airline and accommodation providers directly.
The maximum total retail value of the Bali travel package is AUD $3,000.
OPTION B – $2,000 CASH ALTERNATIVE
Instead of accepting the Bali travel package, the verified winner may elect to receive:
AUD $2,000 CASH
The winner may receive either the Bali travel package OR the $2,000 cash alternative, not both.
Once the winner's selection has been confirmed in writing and prize fulfilment has commenced, that selection is final except where otherwise required by law.
11. Travel Conditions
If the winner selects the Bali travel package, the winner and travelling companion must be available to travel from:
9 February 2027 to 16 February 2027
Both travellers must travel together on the same itinerary and depart from and return to the same nominated Australian airport.
The winner and travelling companion are responsible for transportation to and from the nominated Australian departure airport.
Both travellers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports and satisfy all applicable Indonesian immigration, visa, health and entry requirements.
Unless expressly stated as included, the Bali travel package does not include:
- Spending money;
- Airport or hotel transfers;
- Travel insurance;
- Passports;
- Visas or entry charges;
- Meals other than breakfast where included;
- Activities, tours or entertainment;
- Additional baggage;
- Seat selection;
- Flight upgrades;
- Accommodation upgrades;
- Minibar charges;
- Hotel incidentals;
- Ground transportation in Bali; or
- Other personal expenses.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Any additional costs incurred by the winner or travelling companion are their responsibility.
Once travel arrangements have been booked, changes requested by the winner or travelling companion will be subject to supplier conditions and any associated costs will be their responsibility.
12. Prize Availability and Substitution
Flights, accommodation and other travel arrangements are subject to availability.
If a specified prize component becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside Prize Culture's reasonable control, Prize Culture may arrange an appropriate substitute to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where required, a substituted prize component will be of the same or greater value and agreed with the winner in writing.
The maximum total retail value of the Bali travel package remains AUD $3,000.
13. Draw
The draw will take place on:
25 October 2026 between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM AEDT
Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia
The winner will be selected randomly using Wheel of Names or another compliant random electronic drawing method from all valid promotional entries.
Each valid promotional entry included in the draw will have a random and equal chance of being selected.
Entrants do not need to be present at the draw.
The draw may be filmed, photographed, livestreamed or otherwise recorded for transparency and promotional purposes.
A technical failure or inability to livestream the draw will not invalidate an otherwise properly conducted draw.
14. Winner Notification
The provisional winner will be contacted using the contact information held by Prize Culture.
The winner will be advised in writing.
The provisional winner may be required to provide reasonable proof of identity, age, residence and eligibility before being confirmed as the winner.
Prize Culture will make reasonable attempts to contact the provisional winner.
Once eligibility has been verified, the winner may select either the Bali travel package or the $2,000 cash alternative.
15. Winner Publication
The confirmed winner's name will be published on the Prize Culture website.
The winner may also be announced through Prize Culture's official social-media channels.
Where required by applicable law, the winner's name will remain published online for the applicable required period.
16. Prize Fulfilment
If the winner selects the Bali travel package, Prize Culture will obtain the passenger information reasonably necessary to arrange the flights and accommodation.
Prize Culture will pay the applicable airline and accommodation providers directly.
If the winner selects the AUD $2,000 cash alternative, Prize Culture will arrange payment using an appropriate payment method agreed with the winner.
Prize fulfilment will occur within the period required by applicable law.
17. Unclaimed Prize and Redraw
Prize Culture will make reasonable attempts to identify and contact the provisional winner.
If the selected entrant cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise cannot receive the prize in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, Prize Culture may conduct a redraw where permitted by applicable law.
Any redraw will be conducted randomly from the remaining valid promotional entries and each eligible entry included in the redraw will have a random and equal chance of being selected.
18. Entry and Draw Records
Prize Culture will maintain records reasonably necessary to verify promotional entries, conduct the draw and demonstrate prize fulfilment.
Entries may be consolidated and imported into the electronic drawing system before the draw.
Promotion, entry and prize records will be retained for any minimum period required by applicable law.
19. Disqualification
Prize Culture may invalidate entries where it reasonably determines that an entrant has:
- Provided false or misleading information;
- Manipulated or attempted to manipulate the promotion or draw;
- Engaged in fraudulent payment activity;
- Obtained entries through an invalid, cancelled, refunded or reversed transaction; or
- Otherwise materially breached these Terms & Conditions.
Any decision to invalidate an entry will be made reasonably and subject to applicable law.
20. Merchandise
Merchandise purchased through Prize Culture will be supplied according to the product description displayed at the time of purchase.
Product colours, appearance or packaging may vary slightly from images displayed online.
Merchandise orders are also subject to the Prize Culture Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
21. Technical Issues
Prize Culture is not responsible for temporary website, internet, payment-provider, telecommunications or social-media failures outside its reasonable control.
Where a genuine technical or administrative error affects an order or promotional entry allocation, Prize Culture will take reasonable steps to investigate and correct the issue.
22. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion may be used to:
- Administer merchandise orders;
- Allocate and verify promotional entries;
- Conduct and verify the draw;
- Verify eligibility;
- Contact the winner;
- Publish winner information where required; and
- Arrange and fulfil the selected prize.
Information may be disclosed to service providers where reasonably necessary to administer the promotion or fulfil the prize, including airlines, accommodation providers and booking providers.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Prize Culture Privacy Policy and applicable law.
23. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation
If circumstances outside Prize Culture's reasonable control prevent the promotion from proceeding as planned, Prize Culture may modify, suspend or otherwise deal with the promotion only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Material changes will be communicated to entrants where required.
Prize Culture will not retrospectively remove valid promotional entries merely because merchandise offers available to future customers are changed.
24. Applicable Law
This promotion is conducted subject to applicable Australian laws and regulatory requirements applying to the promotion.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
